Reverse Osmosis water filtration
After many months of water issues, and the fact the meds we take seem to lower our abiltiy to fight off clean water borne stomach issues
i installed a R/O system for all of our drinking water
took me a week, got hurt and had to let it stand
but this morning got it all hooked up. toughest part was running a new water line up under the flooring to the sink, WOW good thing i had a snake and just took my time
other than the kit, i purchased a 15' piece of clear polyethelen tubing water safe to add to teh r/o supply line
and one 3/8 connector for the line
i installed the entire system in the basement behind the partion that seperated the water pump and water heater, i had to re-locate the pump to the small wall, which worked out better for accessing the winterizing line, i ran the drain or waste line out th ebottom of the rig vice into the drain like the instructions said, so i wouldnt fill up my galley tank in short order,
i ran a small line fwd from teh pint of exit to make a drain off and added a roll up piece of pvc tubing to use if we are parked in an area i need to drain the waste water away from the rig.
doing the sanitation phase now and shoudl have 99% pure water in about 3 hrs now.
