Rockwood Roo heated mattress

Hi, I just recently purchased a new Rockwood Roo 23IKSS with heated mattresses. It appears that one of my mattresses has broken. Has anyone had this happen?

What exactly do you mean by "broken"?
Have you tested the control unit?
You do know that the mattress takes time to heat and also is warmer when you are actually on it.

I'm not sure now. I have the trailer shut down and ready for winter storage. I suppose I will be dealing with this come springtime.

Don't think you have a problem, ours looks the same as well and still heats normally.

X2 on the "thats normal mattress" because that is its fold point. Take more reading other threads about foam toppers...trust me, just go to Target or Wally World and get yourself a 2" foam topper, your sleeping experience will be MUCH BETTER!!!
