Rope Lights

Why do people put rope lights around their campers. Is there a reason?

Some people camp with animals that are on short ropes, some people don't see as well as others, some just like to irritate others.....

It depends on our mood and the amount of bugs on which lights we use, 6" globes or rope lights.

Different types of camping. When dry camping in the woods during hunting season, we have very little outside light, mostly the campfire and a flashlight for walking around. But when weekending with friends, we may have festive lights while we eat at the picnic table or have coffee around the fire pit. Just a social thing. Definitely never leave lights on all night.

You could also ask why manufacturers put LED lights on awnings. It's all about ambiance.

We have a outdoor light and that is fine for us. Going to add a extra one under the second awning. We like to look at the stars when camping sitting around the campfire.
