I purchased my new Rockwood in November. I let my Dad use it and he forgot to let the antenna down. Needless to say I had to buy a new ant. I went with the King Jack. It is really nice. I used it last weekend and the reception was great. I ordered it online at Camping World. The best thing about it is you don't have to let it up and down.

I installed the Jack on the stock Winegard arms. It works better than the batwing, but can't comment on how the batwing with the Wingman might compare.

Wanted the Winegard Sensar with the Wingman like I had on my old trailer, it worked great , but my new trailer the AC was in the way so it wouldn't fit. Went with the Jack, because of size, and it worked great so I'm happy. Both of these units are good it comes down to a personal choice and fit.

My cousin wasn't able to upgrade his antenna to HD because it's got a metal roof. I'm just saying call first.

No such thing as an HD antenna. Home and RV antennas are designed to receive VHF and UHF freqencies, and the same ones that were used for analog tv are used for digital broadcast (although most stations are now on UHF).

That the transmission is analog or digital (HD) doesn't matter to the antenna.

Yep that "ultra high gain" antenna gets me every time!

Disagree that it is "high gain" or that it is "digital HD"?

High gain is real, although it has the downside of being highly directional so you must aim it. The one you linked to doesn't list its measured dB gain so I would be skeptical of it w/o more research.

Digital/HD is just marketing hype that has nothing to do with reality. Antennas are tuned to specific frequency bands (really specific frequencies). How the signal is modulated - AM analog, FM analog, FM digital, makes no difference.
