Michael, you are the master of mods. Sincerely, there are many people doing them, but yours are top notch. I have been wanting to put adjustable shelving in our 8318SS closet/pantry to make it more versatile. Just havn't found the right materials yet.

Electronic ignition for stove top

I was recently inspired by my Kenmore gas grill. How about adding electronic ignition to the Suburban stove top in the Rockwood. This spark generator is battery powered and costs less than $20. I may give it a try - stay tuned or feel free to share your ideas.

Cheers

OK, Bear.

Here's a few more mods I've done lately. Click on the thumbnails.

I recently made a sewer hose storeage.

And I made a PVC lamp post.

And not that I'll ever need it but, I've added a Anti-Freeze Siphon Kit.

Mike, I could make a list of parts and take measurements if you'd like.

Thanks.
Now you can look forward to starting new mods on your Roo.

Did you have the mattress/box spring contained together in that camper? I'd like to replace mine but wasn't sure if I could do it. How much did the memory foam mattress cost you?
We went to "Wally World" and bought the 4" memory foam topper for the queen mattress in our 8318SS for about $129. The topper is a bit too longl, so I unzipped the cover and trimmed it to the proper length using a utility knife. Have never slept better! The 4" is pretty tall, so you might consider the 2" topper if you are afraid of heights!

I have the spark generator (ordered from Sears $18) and am getting ready to take the stove top off and figure out how to attach the igniters to the burners. More to come!
