I just tried it again but did not finish checking out. This time I added the motor home model.

Add to cart.

Continue to check out.

Type in the blackfriday 40 and apply.

So basically instead of continuing to check out. Click cart after applying the discount code. Then share now to Facebook then go check out. I don't see where it has done a cash back yet but do see where it billed the full amount minus the 40 percent. I did save the email to use to contact them if the unit does not come with some sort of rebate. I'd expect it will.

Then I simply clicked Cart at the upper left and it pops this up...

Just bought! Got the 40% discount. Waiting for the Facebook discount to hit. Merry Christmas to me.

Our Cedar Creek came with one of these - bought gently used. The directions that came with it show how to reprogram the lock. We used the code given to us and followed the directions to a tee. We were only allowed to go as far as to reset the code to factory defaults NOT able to enter a new code. We were disappointed but in the whole scheme of things we opted to remove the batteries and just use our keys. It wasn't something that would keep us from using the rig. So I guess no big deal.

That's just what they gave us, an extra FOB. We had already ordered and extra FOB but many times there are 3 of us so it works.

Just installed the new lock today. Had to use the file to enlarge original hole but the thing works great!

I had to grind the bottom some also.
But I have a bigger problem with the opening being so large that I have a gap now in the top where water will enter, so trying to figure what will work best covering the hole, that wouldn't look like crap.

Man-that stinks...my filing was limited to just where the screws had to go. Guess I was lucky

I got mine last week and the red lock handle was broken. I gave them a call and had a replacement handle in a couple of days. The install was super easy. I just had to trim a small amount of insulation away and it slid right in. It works great and the remotes have quite a long range. very happy.

Got all mine on no problems. Had to drill out four rivets on each of the compartment slam locks. Otherwise very simple and very solid feeling compared to the OEM parts. Also, I had to purchase the correct fasteners for the compartment locks as FR used cheesy small panel screws instead of the 8-32's the the door handle did.

When you press lock on the keypad does it lock both the deadbolt and regular lock? I'm asking because if I lock both locks with a key and use the keypad to unlock...will I be able to get in?

The key pad and remotes only lock the deadbolt. If you lock the handle with a key you will need to unlock it with a key.

So I installed 1 of three of my locks. Went rather smooth, we have a 2016 36CKTS, and about the 10 minute time span. The issues I have, I didn't receive any of the key fobs and only screws for the entry door lock.

Give them a call. Their customer service is very good. I had a broken piece on mine and they sent it right away. No hassle at all.

I sent them a message through their website, customer service isn't open today. Yeah I've heard they've been good about making things right.
