Satellite install

I just bought a 2012 Georgetown.... I wanted to mount a satellite on the roof however.... Don't see anything on the roof that would tell me that it's prewired unfortunately.
What I do see is in the right passenger upper cabinet where the DVD play is I see a winegard electrical plate that has a coaxial plate and 12volt conductor. It also has an on off button and it appears that it has power hooked up to it.
My question is.... Is this a prewired set up for a portable satellite set up ?
I have included a couple pictures.

2012 GT came with Sat prewire. On roof is a "extra" pipe vent with cap. Loc over pass seat. Remove the cap and wire is stored inside, other end is in the compartment you pictured. Wire may be behind the Luan wall in the back.

Satellite install

Hmmmm there is a pipe on the roof on the passenger side but it doesn't say anything about satellite. It looks like another pipe that is on the roof. It's not flush on the roof.
If this is the prewired set up how would you recap it install the dish and run the wires??
Oh do you pull the wires out then recap it and the wires come out of the cap??

The dummy vent is completely removed and the sat ant is installed in its location. My 2012 GT has the sat coax and power harness routed to the site.

Thanks bubbles..... My question is that if it's mounted directory over the tube then it's not centered down the coach roof that winegard recommends.

A recommendation is not an absolute. I've seen sat domes mounted at many, many rooftop locations. However; there are ways to accommodate any requirements and the supplier will know how.
