Screen door slider w/ push down opener
Hi,
I have a 2018 36B5. Before moving over to an RV, I had a Jayco travel trailer that had a screen door with a piece that allowed me to pull down on the plastic area covering the hole to open the door. (I hope that makes sense).
Has anyone found one of these pieces for their Georgetown?
Here is a link to something similar on Amazon - this one is not the right size unfortunately: Lippert 239061 Screen Door Slider Panel with Push-Down Knob Opener 12 " x 9.75" Clear https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JMHGUZ6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_bHxYBbZNYJZNQ

screen doors are not unique to any one brand. Lippert makes the components for the FR trailers. measure it and shop you should find it.

I spoke to Lippert... they only make one size, and it is specifically for towable screen doors: https://www.amazon.com/Lippert-23906...ct_top?ie=UTF8
He told me there is a market for these, and its a good idea, but they simply do not have a product line at this time, save for the one above.
Unfortunately, I think I'm out of luck!

Buy one, cut a hole/slot in yours and transfer/install the push down knob.

I just found this Camco product, which appears to do just that! https://www.amazon.com/Camco-43953-S.../dp/B000EDST24

If you're careful, you could purchase this one and cut/trim it to fit your MH doors opening. You can cut them with a tool similar to a glass cutter then lightly sand the edges so it will slide smoothly.

Perhaps you are posting about the "Screen Door Opener" that you will see in the picture with this reply? I ordered one online from Camping World. Easy to install.
