screen room

does anyone have any experience with the dometic screen room that attaches to the awning? good/bad

There have been several discussions on this subject. I think as recent as a week or so ago. A forum search should bring up past threads.

You don't mention what R/V you have, nor what kind of awning you have but the consensus is for new power awnings, a screen room is not a good idea.

Most everyone recommends a stand alone screen room.

You should consider setting up your profile and signature line(s).

We do the separate screen room and the reason being if a severe storm was to pop up, we can put the awning away quickly and if needed we drop the screen room. Stand alone screen rooms and canopy are much cheaper than trying to replace your awning.

I had an Add-a-Room for my Roo 23SS and loved it. Only used it for longer (4 days or more) set ups. But, it was a manual awning. Haven't considered one for the power awning.
