guess nothing really new to report. I did buy a new residential style toilet but havent installed it yet. the washer AND dryer both kicked the bucket so i sucked it up and bought brand new washer and dryer and now I have to install them lol. They were actually not a bad price!! I found them on Sears website. bout 6-700 a piece which is a HECK of allot cheaper then the 1500/each that the RV dealer was asking!

bit of an update. Installed the new house toilet today! went on like a glove and zero problems! used the existing flange, new bolts from toilet package (was an all in one) and then cut the pex and used a pex "sharkie" adapter to toilet line and hooked her up. wax seal went on no problem, bolted down fine, put the tank on and everything. Only thing I wish the flange had been mounted perfectly straight in line from the wall and not an angle. oh well!

yes I know this is an older thread but this is where it belongs.

Decided the gf and I had the day off so we went to get the material to make a porch for winter this year. $170 in material and my miter saw came in handy. not complete but done for now. just need to find a nice windowed door and it should be done!!

Well not much to update. Passed the three years mark living in this trailer. only 6 more years to pay it off at the low low rate i'm going lol.

havent changed anything, bathroom light over shower gave out due to it not liking moisture. still using the dehumidifier, no problems with battery or converter, gave up using the house stereo...

Park is another story. they went to court to get authorization to put water meters in all the units in the park... good luck putting one in mine. they aint cutting my lines to put one in!
