Side curtain hold downs

We have two side curtain hold downs behind our two rockers. These things are plastic so when Dh push rockers against wall to tie down, guess what got broke? So here is my question: what can be used instead or where can I get metal hold downs. If I get the plastic hold downs then I am going to be constantly replacing them.

Can you post a picture so we can see what you are talking about?

In our prior rv, those curtain hold downs were soft metal, and in the way of our recliners. I took them off the wall and threaded some matching cord through the hem of the curtain, gathered it and tied a bow in the cord. Voila! You can also leave a screw in the wall and tie to that to keep the curtain taught and in place. Easy!

Smile Thanks

I was considering using heavy fishing twine and doing something similar. Just was not sure it would work. Sounds like a better solution than constantly replacing those plastic hold downs. Good minds think alike
