Very, very nice! Would it be too much to ask for a materials list and measurements? I realize I would have to modify that to fit my own couch area.

There is no material list with measurements. The front is oak and the base cabinet is pine. I built it with measurements in my head. The base unit is 83 inches wide to fit the slide out opening and it is 32 inches deep. The bed opens to 75 X 50 inches. To be more specific would require more brain power than I have.

That's close enough! Thanks!
