Step Lighting

We have noticed the new Sanibel Coach has two step lights leading up to the bedroom. Has anyone moded there particular coach out with this type of lighting?
Today I purchased two of the similar lights and a switch, I plan on installing these tomorrow, but changing the bulbs out to LED;s.
I need to gain access through the real bulkhead in the cargo compartment where there is a 12V Cargo Compartment Light there already..
Cutting through the plywood bulkhead is the only conern I have...

Step Lights

Just completed my interior and exterior lighted step lights..not much of a problem..Removing the bulkhead panel, drilling a couple of holes is about it. The switch I placed on the step riser controls both the interior step light and the exterior LED light as well...anyone wanting tackle this project, let me know and I can supply you with part numbers, wiring diagram etc;

We just traded in our 08 Flagstaff 831RLSS for a 12 Flagstaff 8528RKWS 5ver and the new one has a step light inside on the wall and another on the outside. Great additions FR did. I am going to try to add one outside by the latch so we can see to unlock the door at night.

Yeah, that came out pretty nice. Been thinking of something similar, along with some LED light strips under the body along that side. You know, a little mood lighting for sitting outside, and so I can find my way back in for a refill without tripping over anything.
