Stinky slinky fence post mod for C MH

Just finished this for our Freelander.
Fence post cut (6.5'-7') and painted.

End caps, hinges, and latches.




I used pop rivets and washers to attach these items. Note that if the rivet on the right in this picture is installed with the washer outside it will conflict with the latch. (Latches found at Lowes)

Truck frame passenger side.

Frame extension driver side.

Post hanger attached to frame extension.

I used pieces of a rubber mat to protect the post from the metal.

The end cap on the driver side is recessed a couple inches from the wall exterior.
I also cut a 10' plastic gutter (from Lowes) at 6' so that provides a 4 and a 6 foot slinky support. (Picture two in post 1 shows the gutter to the left of the painted post. Note the symmetry of the gutter. Similar gutter was not available at HD.)
All items except as noted were available at Home Depot.
