Storage box for sewer hose?

I would like to find some kind of box that can be mounted to the underside of my rig. You see I have two drains and use 3 hoses with a Y. So I can't use a pipe or bumper. For now I use a tote and throw it in the back of the truck. Ideas?

Look on Camping World. I bought a unit that is made to mount under the trailer. It is like a big white PVC pipe with a cap on the end. Comes in different lengths. Get the longest one. It works great.

I need something more like a box, since the the hoses stay connected by the Y pipe.

Looks good. I would like to take a closer look at Goshen. Why did you chose to locate them to the front of the unit instead of the back?

One option would be to store the "Y" seperate and do something for the hoses like Lou did. I keep my sewer stuff in a plastic container inside the bay storage area and don't have any problems with it smelling.

not super cheap but works well. i leave the clear elbow on there and it still fits. just measure the hose with anything else that will be left attached. there is one larger threaded fitting i keep in a ziplock bag in storage elsewhere.
the square devices posted above are likely cheaper..

Me too! I used plastic gutters from Lowe's for the slides. They work really well and are uniform where as the ones you get from Home Depot are offset and don't work as well.

I originally stored my sewer hoses in 2 Rubber Maid totes- but it took up a lot of room in the basement storage. I made 2 of these post tubes and do just what Terier suggests - take off the "Y". I store it, my 90-degree elbow sewer connection and my sewer donut all in a small tote. I put the 90-degree elbow into big ziploc bag and put caps onto all 3 ends of the "Y".

Clear elbow stays on discharge and is actually sheet metal screwed on so it can't come off and cap is put on it. Hoses are in storage tubes mounted under trailer right next to discharge. Rear discharge is capped and hard plumbed to front. Factory rear discharge handle is left open and the one I added up front is closed. I stay in one place and open all 3 handles in the sequence, Black tank then flush til clear water comes out, then galley tank and grey tank together or as quick as I can open one after the other.

Lou - is that a vent on the bottom of your FW as shown in the 4th picture ?

Yes, well, its a drain anyway.

Here are some more with the locks installed.

The one with the Eyebolt through it is the folding ladder. I wanted "positive retention" on that puppy. The trays are 4 inch rain gutter with "internal" end plates. They are symmetric and not sold at Home Depot; only Lowes.

I will get a photo of how they are put together tomorrow.
They are glued and pop riveted to the gutter.

The handles are pop riveted on with backing washers.

MMM... looking at that last photo I need to check that ferrule again. Looks like I only got one crimp on it. My chest is black and blue from using it to hold one handle of that crimping tool. Those 3/16 ferrules need 2 men and a boy to crimp; try it laying on your back...

Looks good - considering you I thought you might install Hi Lock rivets and safety wired everything

True - having taxied Boeing 727's and DC -10's I had always visualized being able to make the takeoff, but not sure about the landing

That is the vinyl covered cable and I used 3/16 Ferrules. I needed security. I had visions of the trays popping the caps off and sliding out into traffic.
