Stove splash guard

We wanted to preserve the nice look of the stove area, and it seemed a splash guard would help. Lowes sells 0.22” thick Optix arylic sheet for around $20 and they will cut it to your specs without charge (it is much easier to let them cut it than to make ugly cuts yourself... doing as I say in this case, is better than doing as I did). Ace Hardware had the finish washers and 1” long flat-head screws to complete this job. I used 2 screws on each panel, 1-1/2” in from the upper corners.
Camco Decor-Mate Stove Topper shown in the photo is working well for us, too.

Looks great. I did the same thing in my last camper. 24 years later the walls around the stove still looked great.

Nice job! Saw a thread over at RV.NET where a guy did a glass tile back splash that DW really likes. But that's my own fault for even showing it to her.

Thanks, Wrvond, for the report of your success. Glad it worked so well!
Wiscampsin, thanks for the link. Looks great. So sorry I got this done before my wife saw that other option (ha!).
