Swivel wheel trailer
I want to build my own but I can get the double hitch company to answer email. There website doesn't work either. Any ideas? I wish I could find a used one.

Local farm supply companies might be helpful, swivel wheels are on farm equipment. Agrisupply or a local tractor dealer.
