that silver reflective film and trouble lights

I have 2 things that I am attempting to add to our older 5th wheel bunk house.

one has to do with lighting on the nose piece so I can actually illuminate the bed of my truck when i either hitch or disconnect the trailer.

the second has to do with the reflective film i see on most of the new 5th wheel trailers which assists haulers hook up.

last weekend was a bad learning experience for us. (well mostly me)
after several attempts to hook into the pin I finally got it.
that meant moving over an inch or 10.
had i had a reflective film on the nose of the trailer... i would be able to see the 16K slider headstock and get aligned.

well actually if the flash light my wife was using was actually turned on at the beginning and pointed at the bed of the truck before it went dead.... i may have stood a chance.

i cannot for the life of me find a retailer for that reflective film, or the spot lights i see everyone has.

if i can locate them??? is that something i can run back to the front cargo area by fishing the small wires through? or is that fibreglass nose a solid thing that i cannot access into the front hatch.
