Thanks! Works great. I did have to cut the plastic trim piece down a bit to account for the slope in the roof, but a pretty easy install. Going to let the Dicor cure for a day before I reinstall the vent cover.

What type of sealant is that you used on the roof to seal it and where can I get it?

Its gonna be self leveling Dicor.
You can get at almost any rv dealer or online.

I just resealed the attic vent I took apart last weekend checking for my OK vent. Dicor is supper easy to use and flows out to look beautiful. (I had to get white since nobody had almond or tan locally)

Yep. Exactly what I used. MillerTime, I got mine via the service department, the parts department didn't stock it at my dealer.

Put the Maxair II cover back on the new vent today. It still gave plenty of clearance to open it back up and give a lot of air flow.

So we've had some great smelling water for the last couple trips, finally figured it out today that it was from a few trips ago in and the smell was coming from water still trapped in the filter. Rather than continue to pay $30 a filter for the KW1 filters I bought a standard filter canister that accepts standard 10" whole house filters and swapped them today. Pretty easy mod and now can get 2 filters for under $10 and can purchase them darn near anywhere! Took me a whopping 10 min to do.

Is anyone else as frustrated as we are with the cabinet doors in the BH? The closest ones to the bunks can barely open because of the slide out frame. Any suggestions?? I am considering taking the doors on both sides off, adding shelves and getting mesh nets to make sure everything stays in place. Thoughts???

Ours open, but I did add chains to them to prevent them from getting damaged by the corner brackets (someone pulling
them to hard.) We put stuff that is not frequently used in those sides.

Got my new level installed. Much easier being able to tell side to side level of site without even leaving the truck!

I just ordered SteadyFast-brand stabilizers yesterday. I'm hopeful that they work better than what we have now (UltraFab Eliminators).

I'm trying to think of other mods.

Anyone else do anything lately?

Well since there have been no posts on this thread in a while, figured I'd put one out here. Just received our Splendide washer/dryer combo today. Come on warm weather. I need to get this out of the house and into the camper!!!!!

Nice! Keep us posted for how you like it. It is the only one that fits that I have find so far. My wife isn't sure that she wants to lose the closet space.

Will do. We went with the ventless one. It was on sale at CW and I had a 10% good Sam coupon. Shipping was $150, but nearest store is a little ways away and their in store was more expensive than internet. The coupon pretty much covered it. They will match price but their policy would be to charge what we would have paid in shipping. No brainer for me, why leave the house.

We have a seasonal this year and the wife said since I got my golf cart, she gets the Washer/dryer (again it was a no brainer).

Good deal Qc!

I should get my camper back from the dealer next weekend and hopefully they took care of everything!
Then im gonna bring home for a couple weeks to do my mods before we take it up to our seasonal.
My mods that im wanting to do are-
1. - making underbody brackets to mount some storage boxes for fishing poles and whatever else, and my slinky post box.
2. -Make a sliding grill mount that will go in my rear bumper-thinking of using garage door rollers and 2"square tubing to accomplish part of this
3. - make a swing out or slide out tv bracket for the basement.
4. -add some 30" stab jacks in front of the axles

I'll post some picks when im done

Can't wait to see the pics! I am so tired of this cold weather and ready for spring! Our seasonal spot is new at the campground we are at and they still have to pour the concrete and build the shed. Gotta have warm weather for that to happen.

On the bright side I get to pick this up soon!!!

Sweet!
We cant have any carts or side by sides at our place, but its kinda small, only about 28 sites. Plus we are right at the gate house for a Coe park with atv trails and boat ramp, but you have to trailer atvs in.

What size of shed are you getting? I was thinking of building one, but im not gonna need one as big as you are with your cart.

It'll be a 10x12 shed. Part of the deal we got with the seasonal.

I'd agree that was a no brainer. I'd gladly buy DW a w/d to get a golf cart.

Alright guys, I'm looking at x-chocks. One place shows the bal x chocks to go down too 1 3/8" and another shows 2 1/2" and im thinkin that might be a little tight.
So......which brand are you using on your qbok?
