Seems this mod isn't getting great reviews on Amazon. A lot of people are saying the head will barely rotate when water is hooked up. Anyone else seen this issue with theirs?

I have had them on three different trailers and have never had a issue with any of them. My guess is faulty installation.

They're are saying they test them before installation and they don't work like they should.

I have been contemplating this mod as well for my Surveyor 255RS. I think the only viable spot to mount is near the sensors. I think I have seen pictures of others doing this but are there any concerns with this.

From some internet reading, some have said that water pressure has destroyed the nozzle and broken things off inside the tank. Should a pressure regulator be added or is it just a matter of controlling the hose pressure at the valve?

Thanks

I have read that too but have not had any issue yet. The directions even state to turn water on gradually. I have just turned it on slowly and up to about 3/4 of the way on. This has worked great for me. You can actually hear the nozzle spinning and spraying in there.

The city dump station that I use has seriuos pressure on the water hose. I have yet to have a problem. As Blake mentioned, I turn the water on slowly. I would not be without my Tornado. One of the best mods you can do.

I too could only mount it in the side of the tank. I have the quickie flush (no spinning assembly). I installed it toward the back of the tank on the side. works great. I would always install one in any black tank!

Finally got around to putting in the Tornado mod. No more wands and hoses to drag through the TT. I'll let the silicone dry and test it out tomorrow. I'm not that crazy about the flimsy hose it came with. Seems to want to kink easily.
