Got the dodge mirrors on my truck:

It all works too. Power adjust, heat, towing position power adjust.... like it was meant to be there.

Here's a "how to" I'm doing for another forum I'm on if anyone wants to swap a set of dodge mirrors on to a GMT 400:

How to install 98-01 Dodge towing mirrors on a GMT400

After using them a couple times, I can indeed confirm they are the "cat's meow".....

OP,

I have the same brand of mirrors that you have listed on your original post. I used them on a previous model chevy that used the same mirrors that you listed. I am now on a second pair that fits my 2008 chevy.

I love them. There is zero shaking, vibration, etc. With them on, I can see completely down both sides of my SV-291 (which should be 8 ft wide), and I too keep them angled down so I can see tires on both sides.

And I love being able to pull them off for the other 345 days of the year i don't camp.

Sorry they aren't working out for you... I suggest you ebay them if you change.

Anyone use these mirrors?

I found what looks like good mirrors for my F-150 and wondered if anyone has had any experience with them or with the vendor.

They are at CIPAMIRRORS.COM and search for item # 11600. They are asking $46.99 with free shipping.

Thanks in advance for any feedback you can share.

I use the same mirrors you are asking about and they have not given me any problems.

the McKesh mirrors are considered the best removable type.

but if you don't want the hassle, factory extending are the best.

Thanks for the quick reply! Are these mirrors easy to take off and put back on when needed? I wouldn't be able to keep them on all the time and fit my truck into the garage very easily. Thanks!
