Thanks for the replies. Hadn't thought of the magnet idea. Not sure when I'll have another one made. I can't sew. Luckily my mom does and likes it. I hate asking her for favors, but may hit her up in a couple of months for Rev 2. It turned out pretty good considering all she had to work off of was that cardboard model. Even she had a few upgrade ideas after fitting it on there.

My brother in law came by the park today and of course first thing he noticed was the cover. Since he has the trail air also, he wanted to know where he could order one from, which of course the reply was, well, it's the only one I know of. Can't get one yet.

I've thought about contacting ADCO or one of those companies to see why they haven't made anything like this. I guess the only reason you don't see a plastic one made for the trail air or triglide like you do the standard pin box, is that the trail air is not standard on most fifth wheels. Maybe one day somebody will make one. Guess I could get back in the shop one day and make a fiberglass one. Would give me something to do. Been a while since I worked with making fiberglass stuff. Would have to make a wood or foam model of the pin box. Fun.

Great idea and it looks much better than the storage container I use!

BigJohn, if you do have another made- I'll gladly take this one off of your hands to disassemble. My step-father took over my Mom's upholstery business and they have heavy duty sewing machines. I could disassemble what you have and likely have patterns made up to have these made commercially.

Icoleman, those won't work on a trail air, unless you cut half of it away, which leaves very little left and deems it useless. Those are for the standard pin box only. Nobody to my knowledge makes a plastic, fiberglass or vinyl cover specifically for the trail air tri-glide, which is why I had one made.
