What gets me is these things (RV's) are designed with CAD. The wiring/cable harness for each model should be the same, assembled and tested off line. Installation on the line would be a snap. Customer would see fewer problems. Oh, but than Turbs would not have anything to do. Sorry, I digress.

Got one maxx air II vent installed over the Bathroom tonight.
Working on the one over the kitchen tomorrow or Friday.
To dark to take pics.
Received my cargo rack brackets from palomino today, unwelded and subsequently unpainted And no hardware as well.
Guess I'll get them welded and over to the powder coater when he gets back from vacation.
Received my swivel brackets bolts and bushings from jt so that's also on my list to finish.
Need my friend josh to come over and help me hoist the 13.5k a/c up on the roof now that I know it'll fit in the shed with it on.
So when time allows I'll start pulling the bedroom vent out so I can set the a/c.
Still need to order the dual zone control unit and the ceiling cover kit.
As always pictures will follow.

If you're wanting a second A/C, and this is a new camper, I'm surprised you didn't get it pre-installed. Surely it must be an option.
I guess maybe you were afraid of not having enough jobs to do on it ?

Bought the unit off the lot, and I had a new a/c already sitting in the shop.

Since my new unit has the extended bumper (see 2nd photo) I've been thinking of making a carrier/ bike rack combo. I was going to make the brackets but if they can be bought for a fair price why make them.
Do the bottom two bolts in the lower piece go through the frame or are they positioned snug up against the bottom of the frame rail? Couldn't tell from the bike rack photo.
Thanks!

It is the bike / cargo tray brackets such you have pictured.
I Ordered them thru sabre parts.
You can also order them thru lci
Probably faster through lci as it took palomino 3 weeks to get them to me.
These are a little older style from my sabre.
Lci shows pictures.
two bolts goes under extension
One bolt goes through extension
I think lci gets $15 each for them.
