Under Dinette Storage

So I wanted to store some things under the dinette but a pain having to take cushions off every time. So I called forest river and ordered two doors, were here in 3 days. Problem they sent wrong color, I called they said will have new set out today. Well they came and were right color but were 21x24 I needed 12x21, the lady I spoke to said we know but they should work I told her no they won't, than she said they don't have that size in that color and can't get them so they refunded my money no problem. So I have two sets of doors and hardware free. Sister in laws camper is right color for the doors so we will put them in there. So I ordered them from Menards only a few bucks more. Took 4 weeks to get them. Stained them them as close to the right color. I layed 1x2's across the bottom on wood that was already in there to keep it off floor so no problems with slide movement, than put a piece of 1/2" plywood down secured it all, didn't take pics of it but you can see it in last pic. Got storage bins from Menards, I am happy.

You should build a full length drawer where you can pull it out when you open the door. My Hemisphere came with a drawer and it is very nice to get 'stuff' all the way back to the end.

That is my plan to do over the winter. Bins are 42" so only lose 4" to the back.

Huh, I actually hate my dinette drawers (wife likes them, though <shrug>).
The hardware and drawer itself kill too much of the usable space, IMO.

I still use as much of the the "wasted" space as I can, but without the drawers in the way, I can store even more.

Then the DW would need to deal with the cushions every time she needs a trash bag... (Can't win)
