Is it bowed, or twisted? twisted is bad news, needs replaced.
If bowed like something heavy was on the end, you might be able to take some bow out by removing to top, and laying it on something flat like a garage floor, and place a heavy weight on it. BUT, it probably won't get much bow out. And it will have to be that way for a few days. Its worth a try, but in reality, it needs replaced.
