Could it be the circuit board?

2015 Forester w/ Atwood WH Changed relief valve, & thermostats, followed procedure for air expansion pocket. Still excessive leaking at end of each heating cycle. Installed new adjustable thermostat (article in Motorhome) w/ another PR valve, still leaking.
