Flush mount a small LED TV for those nights when you can't make it in to bed from sitting around the campfire too long and decide the floor looks comfortable?

I would add a shelf and put cookie sheets, broiler pans and other bakeware. Of course, I'm a serious foodie, so I gotta have my kitchen toys!

Turn it into a Mother-in-law suite. (Just kidding) The same area in our camper has a door on it, and we keep 2 cases of bottled water in it. I keep it on an old piece of blanket, so we can slide bottles forward instead of laying on the floor to try and reach the back.
