What would you do with this empty space?

I opened up an access panel on my new TT and found a (relatively) giant empty space under my fridge - see picture. I probably don't actually *need* the space but I hate to let it go to waste. Any ideas on what to put there?

I was thinking about one of those slide out trays but I'm open to other ideas. I don't think a drawer would work since I don't want to screw into the back wall (which is the back wall of the TT).

Thanks

Reinforce the edges and hang a door, store extra paper towels, TP or dry goods.

Carpet or rubber mat the floor and store pots and or pans.

Mine came with a door. Store cookware there.

IF you want a drawer, you can mount the rails to the floor. I would throw a pc of carpet in there and put a door on it.
