Wheel Chock & E-Track question

I just purchased a 06' Work and Play 18LT. I want to add 2 removeable wheel chocks and 3 E-track rails to haul two Harleys. My qestion is do you need to back plate under the trailer and bolt them through? Thanks

The floor in your trailer is 3/4 plywood, covered by a spray in bed liner, or at least that is what is in my 2008 18LT. Removable chocks, I didn't worry about it, just got some on sale at Tractor Supply, and used the hardware provided. I don't put much pressure in the chocks, just mainly use to guide me in. I installed 6 "D" rings, and made sure they went through a cross member or a frame rail, or at least a couple of bolts per ring did. I didn't want to be walking on a track system, or trying to clean under it. Whether you need to put something under your floor is up to you. We haul a Honda 750 Nighthawk, and Yamaha 650 V Star, a little over 500 pound each. I use 4 tie- downs per bike. So far, so good. Hope this helps some.
