You can buy parts bins at many hardware stores. See the pics

Holy Bless You Batman! Isn't it just amazing the cool ideas people come up with. I mean, who wouldda thunk, a parts bin as a tissue box holder! That is just very cool. And paint it any color to match or blend in with wherever you hang it. Nice!

VERY Clever

and to class it up for us dog lovers
make a SHAM for it from a dogie print to look like a mini couch in the latrine
this was in our vets office
