The GM 0700 is advertised as being suitable for Shaw/Starchoice reception. BUT it says for use in Canada only. Is this just legal speak, or has anyone had success with it in the US?
Although I have not used this product, I can say with relative certainty that it is just legal speak, as Shaw only holds the broadcast rights for its programming within Canada, so they are simply covering themselves.
You should be able to receive Starchoice anywhere in north america that you have an unobstructed view of the southern sky. A quick drive around any snowbird community will reveal tons of Starchoice / Bell dishes in use in the southern US.
