Good thing he ordered the pick up with the "Upgrade appearance package" which includes mag wheels instead of just plain old hub caps, or he wouldn't have been able to secure his toy!!!!!!!!

That must be a rubber band judging from the kind of truck it is on . That is how they save fuel when it runs out the rubber band just takes them back from where they came from.

I would be more concerned after the strap is removed the tailgate failing off with the load and the tires blowing up! What about springs and shocks..
