Is that a 4 wheeler on the back of the RV? How does he get it up there and keep it there?

It looks like the trailer could be a custom made goose neck. and the tail wheel is sitting on the tongue of the trailer. not a lot of turning radius so I`m sure he plans his stops ahead.
