Yikes, that is one serious mod !!!! Gotta love how it is anchored to the truck bed. I think it actually has a licence plate.
A new class of RV?
What could we call this? Slide in 5er?

An uncle actually had a production camper that did just that. It was a slide in camper with a set of buddy wheels to support the extra length and weight. TV was a jeep PU. I am thinking this was in the 70's.
