No need to recall, they're either in the junk yard or the crusher.

Oh they're here. Sometime when you're bored check out the thread about "camp ground etiquette" and diesel tow vehicles as well.

I'm certain I don't want to check that out. The "newb" doesn't need to be stirrin' the pot just yet with his "my truck can beat up your truck" arguments. Or how the new Tundra's can out tow a modified cummins. LOL I'll waive my rights until folks around here get used to my sarcasm.

Can't, they're either too rusty from sitting on the side of the road or broken.

FORD so many acronyms for that one that even has a dodge included. lets see frigging old rebuilt dodge, found on road dead, forgotten on race day, f up old rusty dodge, could go on but not enough room to put all the ford put downs.

Will have to get out the big blue tarp like we did when Glenn brought his down and wouldn't unhook so we could hide it in the brush behind the track hoe.

Gonna take a break and watch Steel Magnolias DVD TOWTA rented for me.

Chevy interior, Ford chassis, Cummins 5.9 or 6.7, built auto, bagged, a pre-EPA Prohibition tuner with supporting mods (intercooler upgrade, intake, exhaust delete, EGR delete, gauges, etc)....wolla. A decent truck that will last a while. 500hp/1000tq is attainable with a programmer and a few minor mods in most current 6.7L Dodges. 5.9's will require a turbo upgrade (62/65/14 or 63/68/13) to attain 500hp+. My 2002 was at 475hp or so with a turbo, Edge Juice, and Southbend OFE clutch in a 6 speed. Trailers made this truck laugh. My 2009 pulls great and I love the exhaust brake, but at #34,420 gross with a load of pipe....it didn't like the take off so much. Stock torque converter needs burned and replace.

Recycle....

Almost 90% of the Fords built since 1970 are still on the road...the other 10% made it to their destinations.
