My DH is very well versed in the words "yes dear". Sadly when he says them he doesn't mean he agrees and is willing to do whatever. He is actually in his mind substituting some choice words I can't type here. He told me what it means when he says "yes doctor" during surgery. I figured out yes dear and now tell him, "don't you yes dear me". I think he tricked me here because he can cuss me out and tell me I told him not to agree with me all at the same time.
