I work in a pet supply store. One our more popular chews is a "bully stick". They are from bulls, not cows [emoji15]
They are available braided, twirled, stuffed, etc.
And it's all done by hand.

I was reminded by a visit from this fellow today:

I knew a guy in 1964 who did very well by doing what NOBODY ELSE WANTED TO DO. There was a busy 4 lane road in a NY suburb that had at least 4 gas stations per mile for about 15 miles. This guy would come in and clean the rest rooms for 2 bucks a visit. (Keep in mind that minimum wage was $1.15/Hr then). There was not a station along the line who wasn't happy to pay him for at least 3 visits per week.

He did a great job. Do the math. About $180 bucks a week, cash.

Inflation calculator gives these numbers:

$180 in 1964 → $1,421.34 in 2017

As Big Mike has said, there is good money in dirty jobs.

The last time I had my septic tank pumped, I saw the license plate frame on the truck

It said "Your sh*t is my bread and butter".

They say that at the sewer plant at public works where I work.
The port-a-pit truck that we use for events has a sticker on the back that says "NOT MILK"
I would not like to be a port-a-pit sucker.

I have seen some good slogans on septic trucks. My favourite so far is, "Number 1 in the number 2 business."

There is very little employee theft with this job as well !
