Done ate dem several times. Dey are still in the medium to small range up here.

We have one place that's been getting em in since early December.

Same here, already eaten em twice this year. Still small to medium and many soft shells.

Same here on the coast. Have had them twice already and like others said the are still a little small to suite me. Give 'em another month or so and things will be getting tasty.

Since were on the topic of mud bugs, Cajun please tell me you have a recipe for crawfish pie? My buddies from St Bernard swear it is a family secret and won't tell a yankee.. I have looked and made crawfish pie from online recipes but is not the same.. The guys just laugh and say its in the boil.. Any hints for me so I can surprise them during turkey season.. thanks>>>>>

If you're using frozen Chinese tails that's going to be your problem. Anything made with fresh Louisiana boiled crawfish tastes better.

I don't have a recipe for that one.....if I did I couldn't share it outside the 'circle'! ,)
