Not the first time someone has tried this. They did it with a VW bug and this Guy is double towing with a Suburban.

I have seen something very similar to this once on i-270 in st. Louis.



But it was a Lincoln Town Car, and it was a horse trailer. He even had a 'hatch' in the trunk lid for the gooseneck.
