I was wondering the same thing - it's got to be with that hand rail and turbines.

Plus the house in the background and the surrounding land doesn't have much snow.

This is not a fall-out shelter. It is a tornado shelter. In these parts, tornadoes generally cause more damage than snow. It is true that we didn't receive much snow - only 3-4" - but the Layman's Map shows for the entire state of Texas (and no where else) "We are going to die" so I posted that for my spot in the state of Texas.

Fall-out, tornado, either one is going to hurt you can spend the night in my igloo just outside Toronto in the middle of August anytime

Don't laugh, I was approached by someone in a vehicle with out of province plates and had skies on a rack on the trunk...no big deal you say as they were in fact looking for a particular ski hill. Being a good citizen I gave them directions to the area they were looking for......and then I casually mentioned "You do know it is August".
