A bachelor party is more appropriate after a divorce , than before a wedding

I just threw some salt over my shoulder for good luck. Ended up smashing a mirror with the salt shaker.

Yes - Otis was married.

I don't remember Emmet being married.

I called my work earlier and told them I wasn't going in today.

My boss replied 'why not Harry?'

'I told him my wife was sick in bed and hadn't ironed my uniform'

He replied 'that's a sorry excuse Harry'

'I know, you try telling her that'

While at the checkout with the wife at my local grocery store this morning, I said to the cashier, "Can you let me have this a bit cheaper?"

"I'm afraid not, sir." She replied. "If we did it for you then we'd have to do it for everyone else too."

I said, "Yeah, but it's got today's date on it. And if nobody buys it then it's just going to get thrown away."

"Look sir, you're holding up the line." She replied. "Now, do you want the newspaper or not?"

While shopping with the wife at the local market the other day, I was trying to stay out of everyone's way with the buggy while she found a particular item. I noticed one lady looking at an item of which I was blocking.

I politely moved out of the way and the lady said, "You're okay".

I motioned to the wife and said, "That's not what she says!"

My wife accidentally hit a cat with her car.

The poor thing was asleep on the couch at the time.

Morris, an 82 year-old man, went to the doctor to get a physical. A few days later, the doctor saw Morris walking down the street with a gorgeous young woman on his arm.

A couple of days later, the doctor spoke to Morris and said, 'You're really doing great, aren't you?'

Morris replied, 'Just doing what you said, Doc: 'Get a hot mamma and be cheerful.''

The doctor said, 'I didn't say that. I said, 'You've got a heart murmur; be careful.'
