The mountain on the left looks like an Angry Bird. The paw print looks like one of those overly-stylized flowers from the upholstery on my mother's old davenport.

I think it looks like it is supposed to look - a paw print. If your wife sees something else, then you may have to ignore that and move on. Or go to a graphic place, have them print you off a wolf that is big enough to cover what you don't like, and adhere it over top. (The graphics will be self adhesive so make sure to do it right the first Might give the entire RV an interesting look to boot!
