My dad had that happen to him when trying to relieve his black tank into a toter. Really don't know how it happened but it sure was funny after he stopped cursing and throwing things.

And the Rule should also include wearing gloves, safety glasses, smell protection and of course a hard hat. Common sense when you're dealing with the black stuff.
