I hate explaining jokes. My VERY good friend emailed me back and said that it was not funny until I reminded him that "cah" was "car" spoken with a Boston accent.

Yeah, I have that problem too. For me it is odd, esoteric stuff; that only my oldest son gets and thinks is funny. Everyone else looks at me like "huh?"

Can't be true.... There's no such thing as a government grant to study and report on ANYTHING for as little as 6 million dollars!!!! You must hve accidentally dropped a "0" from 60 Million!
