The almost perfect camp site. Nobody can block your wiew of the ocean & no steps are needed to get out of your fifth wheel. It might be a problem getting the camp fire to lite & finding wood dry.

This is at the Oceano off road beach in California. There is a "river" crossing which is basically a creek runoff into the ocean. Plenty of RVs and trailers cross that river. The key is to wait until low tide and cross on the firm sand...then you are just crossing in a couple of inches or runoff water. High tide and any increased water flow in that creek is a recipe for disaster...especially with a rig that size. Most attempt that with 4x4 and small rigs.

Like a boat launch ramp, great entertainment to sit and watch the drama. Tow trucks a standing by with their hands out for the cash!
