They did an interview with her on GMA this morning. She is not suing because there were no warning signs or anything......she had planned to just let it go. She is suing because of it being posted on the internet, along with the security guards laughing (you can hear them), and sending no one to see if she was OK.

" I didn't pay attention and now I am suing" WTF? you can't even really tell what she looks like. She should sue whoever she was texting for distracting her while walking in a hazardous area. Lol
