Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving I read the instructions on the turkey and it said to let it chill in the sink?

We did two turkeys, one in a roaster oven and another in the oven. The one in the oven imploded or something
It's like an alien had pop out of the turkey

Just a guess here, oven turkey was still partly frozen?
Covered with foil or a lid they kind of steam cook and fall apart like that.

Wasn't frozen, it was thaw out 3 days ago, you are right about the cover, they had a lid on it, it got steamed lol
