Only because the CA folks have no clue, unless they buy one, get one given, get taxed for it, or all of the above.

It's a very blurry line but in my state it runs from Tuckers Corner, MO in the southwest part of our state northeast passing through Pilot Knob and then just south of Byrnes Mill before it hits the Mississippi River around Flamm City. The line then drops south to TN.
Actually I have no idea what's south and north I just wanted to type Byrnes Mill.

Here's some real history though, the battle of Pilot Knob (Fort Davidson). The Battle of Pilot Knob Official Records and Battle Description

Actually, it's Byrne's Mill, and is named for my Grandfather's uncle and later his brother who owned and operated the mill on Big River in Jefferson County. At one time there was quite a string of grain mills operating on the river -- Morse Mill, Cedar Hill Mill (still operating but not the original building), Byrnesville Mill (named for a different family, still standing and converted into a private home), Rockford Mill, and Byrne's Mill.

The site of the mill is now part of a city park for the town and renowned speed trap of Byrne's Mill. The foundation, the dam, and the mill wheel are still there.

In an effort to influence the judging of the FROG contest I was going to submit this photo in December of Forest Jump on the old foundation at Byrne’s Mill. I never did submit it of course. Since you aren’t a judge in the contest it wouldn’t have done any good anyway.

Ya my garage

And some of us SoCal people have a clue, we just keep it to ourselves. If someone from the state figures out you can think for yourself they ask you to take care of your neighbors who "can't" make their 100k house payment and their 80k car payment

You're right, Oakman, it wouldn't have helped since I didn't judge the contest. (I do know who the winners are, though, and very soon everyone else will know, too. The three winning photos are on my desk right now.)
