I want to rent that for the sole purpose of seeing the looks on peoples faces as I drive that off the boat launch.

LOL my immediate thought response as well! 
I want one too, and I'll let ya'll know when I get it, just days after I win a mega lottery. 
That's a *real* 'house boat'.
Only drawback? You ain't building a camp fire while you're out there on the lake at night. Yeah I know, small sacrifice, eh. 
Of course, I also want the amphibian trailer they sell to accompany it, so I can haul our two jet skis.

Sure you are Weezer!! The Optional 16' DECK that deploys off the back could certainly be customized to support a campfire in a can or hell, some sort of wood burning fire pit I suspect
These are, after all, one of a kind custom built rigs

Looks like their towable trailer will hold 2 jet skis AND your TOAD AND is amphibious as well!
Might as well get this to go with the RV

I'd like to find a forum for it, see if they have delamination problems, slide problems, *leaking* , roof needing replacement/repair, etc. etc. etc.
