I have seen this before but there is a tow bar between the TV and the trailer. Personally I think they were either just trying to move it across the parking lot or looking for their 15 minutes of fame ......

If I recall, this one was videotaped in Williston ND, but I think there is one like that in rural Saskatchewan, Canada
